Description of funding the projects of attracting foreign professors to Lithuania, proposals invited

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania has announced a draft description of the funding conditions of projects under the measure "Development of Scientific Competences of Scientists, Other Researchers and Students through Practical Research Activities" (State Professor Programme) of the European Union funds' investments for 2014–2020. The document describes the funding of projects of attracting foreign professors to Lithuania, seeking that experienced foreign scientists would not only conduct scientific research in Lithuania, but also assist in forming new scientific research trends and the main researcher groups to pursue such research.
