Assessment system of radial increment changes in Lithuania pine stands. – Botanica Lithuanica, 2(3): 245–257

The paper is focused on elucidation of dynamic equilibrium shifts (deviations from the norm) of radial increment of dominating trees in pine stands due to anthropogenic effect on the environment. A unanimous assessment methodics and algorithm of diversity of two sets – standardized radial increment and radial increment being assesed – are presented in the paper. A complex assessment is applied: the same methods are used to arrange information for calculations of both the sets (to reduce information ‘noise’ th same statistical criteria are applied; identical groups for increment standardization are selected), the same linear regression from is used to compare increment sets.
