New for Latvia records of marine Ascomycetes on wood [Naujos jūrinių aukšliagrybių (Ascomycetes) rūšys Latvijoje]. – Botanica Lithuanica, 3(3): 287–292

Six wood-inhabiting marine ascomycetes were found on driftwood in the Gulf of Riga in Ragaciems (territory of the Kemeri National Park). These wood decomposing fungi are reported for the first time from Latvia. Ceriosporopsis tubulifera, C. halima, Corollospora intermedia, C. maritima and Marinospora calyptrata cause soft-rot of wood. Amylocarpus encephaloides cause brown rot of wood.
