This paper continues publication of the conspectus of alien plant species recorded in Lithuania. The Apiaceae family in Lithuania is represented by 17, Caprifoliaceae by 5, both Oleaceae and Sambucaceae by 3, Valerianaceae by 2, each Apocynaceae, Asclepiadaceae, Dipsacaceae, and Viburnaceae by 1 alien plant species. Data on the firs record, distribution, habitats, level of naturalization, means of immigration and biology (time of flovering, fructification and reproduction) of each species are presented. Seventeen here described alien species are naturalized, 14 are casuals and naturalization level of 3 species in Lithuania is uncertain. Distribution of 2 species is mapped. Three species belonging to the Apiaceae family are excluded from the list of alien plant species.
